Purchasing an original artwork, print or other physical product transfers ownership of that physical item only. Copyright and reproduction rights in the artwork remain with the artist unless expressly transferred or licensed in writing.
Copyright ownership and reproduction rights for commissioned artworks will be set out in the applicable Commission Terms or Commission Agreement.
Social Media Sharing
You are welcome to share Sheree Clayden Art images through social media for personal, non-commercial purposes where the sharing method preserves a clear credit or link to Sheree Clayden Art.
Images must not be altered, cropped to remove identifying information, presented as another person's work or used to promote a business, product or service without permission.
Prints and Reproductions
