2. Artwork, Images and Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, written content and designs displayed on this website are the original work of Sheree Clayden and remain her intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, download, distribute, alter, sell or commercially use any artwork, image or other content from this website without prior written permission.

Sharing images on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes is welcome, provided Sheree Clayden Art is clearly credited and the image is not altered.

Purchasing an original painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artwork and images from this website may not be used for artificial intelligence training, machine-learning datasets, generative AI systems or similar technologies without prior written permission.

3. Purchasing

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Sheree Clayden Art is not currently registered for GST. Should this change, prices will be displayed in accordance with applicable Australian requirements.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are those available through the website checkout at the time of your order.

Returns or exchanges are not offered simply because you change your mind. Additional information about returns and refunds, including specific information relating to original artworks and other products, is available in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

4. Shipping

Orders are packaged with care and shipped within Australia using the shipping method applicable to the product purchased. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout or otherwise advised before purchase.

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure your order is packaged securely for its journey.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the artwork and packaging and contact Sheree Clayden Art as soon as possible. Where possible, contacting me within 48 hours of delivery will help me investigate the issue promptly with the shipping provider.

This requested timeframe does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

International shipping may be available on request. Please get in touch before purchasing if you are located outside Australia. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country.

5. Commission Enquiries

Commission enquiries are welcome through the contact form on this website. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking or agreement.

All commissions are subject to availability and are governed by separate Commission Terms or a Commission Agreement provided at the time of booking.

These will cover matters including the artwork specifications, price, deposit and payment requirements, estimated timeline, changes or revisions, cancellation conditions, copyright and delivery.

6. Accuracy and Representation of Artwork

Every effort is made to ensure artwork descriptions, dimensions and pricing are accurate at the time of publishing.

I also take care to represent the colours and details of each artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor or device.

Minor variations in texture, colour and finish are part of the nature of original, handmade artwork and are not necessarily faults.

Sheree Clayden Art may correct genuine errors in descriptions, pricing or other website information before an order is accepted or a purchase is completed.

This website may contain links to external websites or use third-party services such as payment processors, shipping providers or other online services.

Sheree Clayden Art is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
